Charlotte has led high-stakes programs as a Program and Contract Manager on SABER construction initiatives and FAA lighting projects, demonstrating expertise in precision, compliance, and strategic oversight.
Key achievements include earning a Master Coaching certification, an MBA in Project Management, and a Maryland Real Estate License. In 2025, Charlotte expanded the firm’s logistics capabilities as a Sub-Agent with J.B. Hunt Transportation, adding freight coordination and logistics expertise to the company’s portfolio. Charlotte’s leadership is grounded in integrity, accountability, and a client-first approach.
